The Role:

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented

Operations & Sales Executive

to join our expanding team. This is a dual role offering broad exposure to the inner workings of both the operations and sales functions of the business. You will work closely with our Operations Manager to keep the day-to-day running of the office smooth and efficient, while also supporting the Sales Director with client-facing responsibilities such as conducting viewings and registering buyers.

This role is ideal for someone looking to break into the property industry or for someone looking to further develop their skills and make the role their own. Full training and support will be provided and further opportunity for commission earnings. Previous experience is desired but not essential, enthusiasm and attention to detail is key.

Responsibilities

Day to Day Passive Administrative Tasks within the Operations Team Registering Clients and Conducting Viewings Supporting the Director of Sales Providing Feedback Opportunity for creative input into marketing Be Available for Saturdays (Time back in Lieu)

Salary 25,000 - 30,000 + Commission
