We are seeking a dynamic experienced Sales Progressor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the pipeline through to exchange whilst building strong customer relationships, and liasing with solicitors.
The role would be full time in branch, but there IS an option for some remote working FROM HOME.
Duties
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Identify potential sales opportunities and recommend other services.
Collaborate with all parties in the chain and update our clients with up to date detailed information.
Maintain accurate records of activity, customer calls, and pipeline progress in the CRM system.
Compile accurate monthly exchange predictions to forward to the line manager.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional organisational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
A results-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving targets and driving sales performance.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is advantageous.
Previous experience in a sales progression or estate agency role is essential; together with a willingness to learn more.
