Job Summary:

London Habitat Ltd is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic

Lettings Negotiator

to join our team in North West London. You'll be the face of the business for applicants and landlords, conducting viewings, negotiating deals, and ensuring a smooth letting process. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong people skills who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Register new applicants and match them to suitable properties Conduct property viewings with prospective tenants Provide accurate, up-to-date property information Negotiate offers between tenants and landlords Prepare tenancy agreements and support move-ins Build long-term relationships with landlords and tenants Contribute to marketing strategies and property promotions Stay informed on rental market trends and compliance requirements

Requirements:

Previous experience in lettings, sales, or customer service (preferred, but not essential) Excellent communication and negotiation skills Highly organised with attention to detail Proactive and able to work independently Minimum 1 year's experience in lettings (required) Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strong organisational and administrative abilities Confident, professional, and customer-service focused Full UK driving licence preferred Additional languages are an advantage
