Job Summary:

London Habitat Ltd is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic

Lettings Negotiator

to join our team in North West London. You'll be the face of the business for applicants and landlords, conducting viewings, negotiating deals, and ensuring a smooth letting process. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong people skills who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Register new applicants and match them to suitable properties Conduct property viewings with prospective tenants Provide accurate, up-to-date property information Negotiate offers between tenants and landlords Prepare tenancy agreements and support move-ins Build long-term relationships with landlords and tenants Contribute to marketing strategies and property promotions Stay informed on rental market trends and compliance requirements

Requirements:

Previous experience in lettings or Sales (minimum 4 months required) Excellent communication and negotiation skills Highly organised with attention to detail Proactive and able to work independently Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strong organisational and administrative abilities Confident, professional, and customer-service focused Full UK driving licence & Car (required).
