Permanent, Full and Part time positions across the city.
The main role of an Estate and site officer is to undertake cleaning duties in housing blocks of flats across the city. This involves carrying out cleaning tasks individually or as part of a team to ensure that the communal areas inside and outside the blocks are clean, tidy and safe.
You will assist colleagues in reporting issues around site such as communal repairs, anti-social behaviour and reporting health and fire safety issues.
You will take responsibility to deal with waste management on site including changing and pulling bins out and moving large bulky waste items to collection points on site.
You will also act as the council's front line visible contact providing assistance and advice to residents and visitors.
