Lithia UK (Nottingham based with Nationwide travel) Hybrid working will be considered



Basic salary up to 50,000 with company car, pension, critical illness pay, life assurance, 33 days holiday (including bank holidays), single PMI, exclusive company discounts on used car purchases, leasing deals and aftersales service.



Are you ready to take your property management career to the next level? Lithia UK is seeking an Estate Surveyor to join our dynamic Group Property team. As an Estate Surveyor, you'll work in a small team reporting to a senior Chartered Surveyor, supporting various aspects of property management, acquisitions, and disposals. This is an exciting opportunity to support a growing, innovative business while playing a pivotal role in managing our diverse property portfolio.

Your journey as an Estate Surveyor:



Collaborate with senior team members to drive strategic property disposals, and acquisitions, helping to reshape and refine our portfolio Take charge of a rolling programme of property condition inspections, ensuring our portfolio remains in top condition and ready for the future Manage the Group's compounds with full accountability, optimising their use and for storage of our vehicles Liaise with the security team to ensure vacant properties are secure and protected, minimising risk and maintaining value Build strong relationships with the Group's tenants, ensuring leases run smoothly, rents are paid on time, and properties are well-maintained Keep property records updated and accurate in the Qube system, including setting up new leases and archiving Lead the way by supervising retained agents on business rates appeals, delivering tangible savings that impact the bottom line

Are you ready to embrace the challenge? We're looking for someone who has:



A degree in Real Estate, Commercial Estate Management or similar is essential A full, valid UK driving licence to enable you to visit our diverse sites and ensure you're hands-on with our extensive portfolio Proficiency in the Microsoft suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), together with at least 2 years post qualification experience
