About Us:


We are a growing and dynamic commercial property agency specialising in leasing, sales, and investment across London and the South East. As part of our long-term growth, we are looking for a driven individual to join our team and train toward becoming a Chartered Surveyor.

The Role:


You will support the commercial agency team with property inspections, valuations, marketing, viewings, negotiations, and landlord/tenant matters. You will be given the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a variety of commercial real estate activities, with tailored mentorship as you progress through the RICS Assessment of Professional Competence (APC).

Requirements:


To be considered, you must meet one of the following criteria:

Hold a

RICS-accredited degree

(real estate, surveying, property management, or related); OR Have

at least 5 years' experience

in the property industry (residential or commercial) without a RICS-accredited degree

The Ideal Candidate Will Be:



Ambitious, with a strong interest in commercial property Professional and confident in client-facing situations Organised, self-motivated, and eager to learn Interested in building a long-term career in surveying
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 27,000.00-35,000.00 per year
