The Opportunity :We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Estates & Facilities Manager to take ownership of our property portfolio and workplace environment. This is a pivotal role where you will not only manage the day-to-day operation and maintenance of our facilities but also play a key part in shaping our long-term estates strategy.
What you will do
Lead the management, maintenance, and compliance of our estate, including our commercial sites , rental properties and accomodation sites. Our accomodation sites contain static caravans.
Develop and deliver a long-term estates strategy, ensuring facilities align with business growth and sustainability goals.
Manage refurbishment, expansion, and workplace improvement projects from concept to completion, engaging with local planning authorities and external stakeholders where required.
Oversee health, safety, and statutory compliance across all properties.
Negotiate, manage, and monitor service contracts and supplier relationships, ensuring high standards and value for money.
Provide leadership to on-site teams, including maintenance and cleaning, ensuring consistent service excellence.
Maintain accurate reporting and records to support compliance, audits, and strategic decision-making.
What You'll Bring
Proven experience in estates or facilities management within a complex, multi-site or commercial environment, ideally more than 3 years.
Strong project management expertise, with a track record of delivering refurbishment, expansion, or property improvement projects.
Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate multi-disciplinary teams.
Financial and commercial acumen to manage budgets, contracts, and supplier negotiations effectively.
Strong communication skills to influence and collaborate across all levels of the business.
A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to balance strategic vision and operational detail.
Knowledge of statutory and regulatory compliance relating to estates and property management.

March in March out function coordinators
Financial Responsibilities:
Manage all facilities in line with budgets, keeping accurate records
Negotiate rents
Ensure all damages are collected
The Day to Day of your role:
Oversee all aspects of property management, including check-ins ("march in") and check-outs ("march out"), inspections, maintenance coordination, and record-keeping.
Conduct regular property inspections, ensuring compliance with company standards, health and safety policies, and fire regulations.
Manage inventories, maintenance schedules, and cleaning operations to ensure high accommodation standards.
Liaise with external contractors, internal teams, and cleaning staff to coordinate repairs, refurbishments, and general upkeep.
What we'd like you to have:
Minimum
3 years' experience
in a similar property management, lettings, or accommodation coordination role.
Clean UK driving licence - travel between sites is required (company vehicle provided).
The right to work in the UK on a permanent basis.

Pay: 35,000.00-38,000.00 per year
