Job Description

Due to an internal promotion, we are looking for an Estates Supervisor to join our Estates Team at Hopewood Park.



This post will be offered as Permanent, full time.



To supervise our valued workforce and contractors carrying out the operation and maintenance of the systems and services as listed below.



All work is to be undertaken in accordance with relevant legislative standards and operational procedures to ensure the engineering services, building fabric and infrastructure of the hospital to provide a safe environment for patients, public and staff.



Mechanical / Plumbing & Electrical engineering Building and Joinery Painting Grounds and Gardens Managing Contractors engaged on any of the above work activities

Pay:

Band B (21.08 per hour)



There is potential to earn more, with enhancements offered for weekend work and on-call duties. Please get in touch to find out more.
