We specialise in the design, supply, and installation of a wide range of prefabricated energy solutions, typically built in NI and shipped throughout the UK & Europe. We also offer turnkey design, build, and operate solutions for commercial energy centres and large-scale district heating solutions and have experience with successfully procuring and delivering many similar packages to a wide range of public bodies throughout UK & Europe.
Due to continued growth, we are looking to integrate an Estimating Coordinator to support our growing decarbonisation estimating team.
Role
Reporting to the Estimating Lead you will be an essential part of the Team responsible for assisting in the review of enquiries and preparation of estimates and associated quotations.

Key Responsibilities
Review incoming quote and tender enquiry documentation to ensure all necessary information is available for accurate pricing.
Collaborate with the Bid Team, Preconstruction, and Document Control to compile comprehensive estimating tender packs, including relevant drawings and specifications.
Assist with obtaining supplier and subcontractor quotations using tender documentation; follow up with clarification requests where needed and prepare cost comparisons in Excel for review with line manager.
Work closely with the line manager to assess information received and determine the appropriate estimating approach.
Interpret and take off quantities from drawings to contribute to the development of precise tender costings. As part of a team, help compile cost information into Excel budgets.
Assist in the preparation of quotation submissions, including assumptions, inclusions, exclusions and detailed price schedules.
Maintain and update standard estimating price lists to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Perform additional duties as required by management to support the estimating function.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Essential Criteria:
Applicants must have 5 GCSE's at Grade C or above or equivalent, these must include Mathematics and English Language
Good Microsoft Office skills - to include Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
Ability to take ownership of their duties and a willingness to grow and learn within their team and the company.
Good commercial awareness and attention to detail.
Demonstrate a good ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Desired Criteria:
Previous experience in estimating.
Previous experience within M&E industry.
