Job Description


An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Estimating / Contract Bid Manager to join one of our longstanding clients, specialising in civil infrastructure, agriculture and building across the UK and Ireland.

The Role: Be responsible for managing and overseeing competitive bids in Civils, contribute to bid strategy development, manage client expectations, and drive the focus on winning new contracts.
The Requirements:

  • 5+ years of management experience, leading Sales Teams and Bid Management.
  • Strong sales and estimating experience in the Civil Engineering / Construction.
  • Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to read drawings and bar schedules.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
  • Proven leadership and team management experience.
