Job Description

De-fence Landscaping are searching for a diligent and enthusiastic Estimator to help drive the business forward.

Working alongside the Management Team and reporting to the Quantity Surveyor, you will be a key part of shaping how the business increases growth over the coming years.

Experience with BlueBeam software package Experience with take off's and tendering processes from housebuilders Confidence researching the cost of materials, transport, labour and equipment Be able to establish and maintain relationships with contractors and vendors Getting quotes from suppliers and contractors within a specified time frame Preparing and submitting quotations and details of costs for work to be done to tight deadlines Assisting with bids for new contracts and supporting the activities of the Quantity Surveyor and Contracts Manager Monitoring costs at the different stages of a project, ensuring it stays within the estimated costs Travel to sites to assist with measurement checking and invoice preparation for finance
8am till 5pm Monday to Friday

Salary up to 35,000 depending on experience

Company pension after 3 months

Pay: 28,000.00-35,000.00 per year
