Estimator - Office-Based (Basildon)

Location:

Basildon, Essex

Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

Salary:

Dependent on experience (up to 65,000 - flexible for the right person)

We're currently working with a respected, family-run construction business based in Basildon that's looking to bring an experienced Estimator into their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company that values its people and offers genuine long-term stability and career growth.

The role is office-based and would suit someone who's looking to be part of a close-knit, supportive environment with a good variety of projects to get stuck into.

About the Role:

You'll be working alongside a friendly and experienced team, supporting with both estimating and procurement across a range of fit-out and refurbishment projects -- including walls, ceilings, floors, and doors.

This is a permanent role with a clear path for development, and you'll have the chance to make a real impact within the business.

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in an estimating role within construction Good understanding of materials and suppliers Confident sourcing and comparing quotes Attention to detail and good organisational skills Someone who enjoys working as part of a team and is keen to progress
