Estimator

Salary:

55,000 - 70,000 per annum

:

We are recruiting for an Estimator to join a fast-growing team in the demolition and remediation sector. This role plays a critical part in the tendering process, preparing accurate estimates and supporting the successful delivery of new projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyse tender documentation and assess scope Conduct site visits to inform pricing and methodology Liaise with CAD team to develop programmes Prepare cost estimates from first principles Obtain and assess subcontractor quotes Produce Bills of Quantities and preliminaries Collaborate in adjudication meetings and tender reviews Handover secured tenders to delivery teams Respond to post-tender queries

What We're Looking For:

3+ years of estimating experience in demolition or construction Skilled in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook Methodical and detail-oriented with good communication skills Capable of working both independently and within a team Strong understanding of scheduling and measurement techniques
