About the Role:

We're looking for an

Assistant Estimator

with a solid foundation in construction and a keen eye for detail. You don't need to be a senior yet -- but if you have relevant experience, a methodical approach, and the ambition to grow, this could be your next big step.

You'll be working closely with experienced professionals and supported to develop your skills further, with real opportunities to take on more responsibility over time.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the preparation of accurate cost estimates for bespoke residential projects Review drawings, specifications, and project documents Assist in sourcing and analysing supplier and subcontractor quotes Help identify cost-saving opportunities and manage value engineering processes Work collaboratively with the wider project and commercial teams

What We're Looking For:

Some prior experience in estimating (ideally within residential construction) A background in construction or site-based work Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks Good organisational skills and a proactive work ethic Eagerness to learn and develop professionally within the company
