Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Fire And Security Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of fire safety systems and security systems and regulations, ensuring the effective Tender process from design to tender submittal of fire protection and security systems. This role is crucial in safeguarding lives and property through the implementation of robust F&S measures.

Responsibilities

Design and develop fire protection systems in accordance with relevant codes and standards. Conduct risk assessments to identify potential fire hazards and recommend appropriate solutions. Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to integrate fire safety into building designs. Prepare detailed reports documenting findings, recommendations, and compliance with safety standards. Provide interfacing with Suppliers and Designers on protocols and emergency procedures. Monitor project budgets and implement cost control measures to ensure financial efficiency.

Requirements

A degree in Fire Engineering or a related field is preferred, but not essential . Proven experience in fire safety engineering or a similar role is advantageous. Strong knowledge of fire safety regulations, codes, and standards. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams. Familiarity with cost control practices is a valuable asset. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: 40,000.00-55,000.00 per year
