About the role:




We're looking for a proactive and organised Estimator to join our team and play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of high-end bespoke stone projects.



Some of the key responsibilities are:

Estimating & Project Assessment



Review and assess incoming enquiries and project take-offs Determine scope and produce an initial overview Evaluate material requirements and communicate needs to the procurement team Liaise with key factories to obtain accurate manufacturing costs Finalise detailed quotations for the sales team to issue to clients Create clear handover documentation for live projects, including all necessary details to raise SOs and POs

Design Coordination



Assess technical drawings and coordinate closely with manufacturers Produce sketches, detailed setting-out, and mark-ups to aid design development Create Photoshop mock-ups and slab overlays to support client presentations and internal planning

Skills & Experience Required:



Proven experience in estimating, preferably in the bespoke stone or high-end interior/exterior finishes sector Strong understanding of architectural drawings and design processes Proficiency with AutoCAD, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office; additional CAD/design tools a plus Excellent communication and coordination skills Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Experience liaising with manufacturers and suppliers, ideally within the stone or construction industry
