, delivering exceptional projects across commercial, residential, and public sectors.The Role
As Estimator, you'll take the lead on pricing tenders, reviewing drawings and specifications, and preparing accurate costings for high-profile steelwork projects.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare competitive, detailed estimates Read and interpret drawings and project specifications Liaise with architects, engineers, and clients Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors Support bid submissions and contract negotiations Monitor project costs to ensure profitability
What You'll Need
Experience as an Estimator in architectural or structural steelwork Strong understanding of steel fabrication and erection Excellent numerical, analytical, and negotiation skills Proficiency in estimation software and Microsoft Office Ability to work to tight deadlines across multiple tenders Relevant construction or engineering qualifications (desirable)
