The Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated
Home Extension Estimator
to join our team. You will meet pre-qualified clients who have visited our show village, design their ideal home extension, and provide a comprehensive estimate.Key Responsibilities:
Conduct on-site consultations with pre-booked, qualified clients Design and estimate bespoke home extensions Explain the full build process, including building regulations Work closely with our architectural team to ensure accurate project handovers Support show village staff in engaging with walk-in visitors
The Ideal Candidate
This role is perfect for a former conservatory/orangery salesperson or home extension estimator.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years proven sales experience in the home improvement or construction sector Strong background in designing and estimating home extensions Immaculate personal presentation and a warm, client-focused attitude Highly organised, punctual, and target-driven Strong communication and interpersonal skills Full UK driving licence
The PackageTraining (First 8 Weeks):
500 per week basic salary Performance-based bonus
Post-Training:
750 per week basic salary Up to 1,500 weekly bonus for hitting targets

Pay: 500.00-750.00 per week
Schedule:
Monday to Friday Weekend availability
