Overview
Due to ongoing expansion, Hybrid Extensions is seeking two Project Managers. One to cover the East of Scotland and one to cover the West of Scotland. The East of Scotland operating from our show village at Dobbies Garden Centre, Dunfermline. The West of Scotland operating from Rosemount Business Park, Glasgow. This role would suit a qualified joiner or general builder with a vast knowledge of construction who no longer wants to work on the tools.
Duties
Overseeing all tradespeople. Liaising with Architects and Structural Engineers . Controlling material purchase. Responsible for monitoring timekeeping of all staff. Must have thorough knowledge of construction methods and dealing with building control. Must have an excellent customer focus and ensure build time deadlines are met.
Experience
Must have over 10 years construction experience. Must have thorough knowledge of building home extensions from concept to completion. Excellent man management skills. Excellent organisational skills.
