About the Role:

Construo Recruitment is working with a respected main contractor to recruit a skilled

Estimator

to join their commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to support a growing pipeline of construction projects across a variety of sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate cost estimates for tenders and live projects Analyse drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare quotations Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive prices Work closely with project and commercial teams to ensure accurate handovers Contribute to value engineering and cost-saving solutions Maintain and update cost databases and tender documentation

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction industry Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and pricing Excellent analytical and numerical skills Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Excel Strong communication and teamwork skills
