Responsibilities

Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects based on drawings and specifications. Analyze project requirements and collaborate with project managers to develop accurate budgets. Conduct site visits to gather necessary information for cost assessments. Monitor expenses throughout the project lifecycle to ensure adherence to budget constraints. Provide support in preparing bid proposals and presentations for potential clients. Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and pricing to enhance estimation accuracy.

Requirements

experience within the healthcare sector would be advantageous but not essential Strong understanding of cost control principles and practices. Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail. Proficient in estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite. Effective communication skills for collaboration with team members and clients.
