ESTIMATOR/ACCOUNT MANAGER

Reporting into the Head of Trade Sales

Monday - Friday 08.00 - 17.00 (40 hours per week) 1 Hour Lunch

Hybrid with some office visits to Head Office in Northolt

The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our Trade Sales Team, who will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive quotations for our Doors, Door Sets, Ironmongery and Mouldings for projects within the residential and commercial sector.

Applicants for this position will need

:

Proven experience in a construction related Estimator role Ability to confidently read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Accurate attention to detail Strong communication and organisational skills Knowledge of doors, door sets and regulations is desirable

Responsibilities of The Role:

Analyse construction drawings to accurately determine customer door requirements Prepare and submit quotes to our customers within the specified deadlines Gain knowledge of the Todd Doors range of products and services to accurately offer suitable products Liaise with internal departments and suppliers to ensure products meet required regulations e.g. Fire etc Keep a detailed record of estimates and follow up with the Sales Team on all estimates created
