We have an opportunity for a detail-oriented Estimator to join our established team based in Penrith (flexible working may be considered).

Key responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will be able to work to strict deadlines and have a good understanding of construction techniques and tender processes.

Requirements:

Experience in cost control and management Strong understanding of administration and negotiation Proven ability to analyse and interpret drawings and specifications Proficiency in estimating software and tools Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
