. Full time / part time working pattern available.Your role
Prepare accurate, competitive cost estimates for bespoke and standard precast solutions. Collaborate with bid managers, contractors, and consultants to deliver winning proposals. Advise on specifications, budgets, and risk management. Support marketing with compelling bid submissions and follow up with clients to secure success.
What we're looking for
Essential skills:
+ Logical, organised, and great at prioritising.+ Strong numeracy and attention to detail.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication.
+ Proficient in Excel, Word, and ERP systems.
Desirable:
+ Up to 3 years' experience in estimating or a similar role.+ Degree in a construction-related discipline or equivalent experience.
