Job Description

We are a well established award winning regional SME contractor based on the borders of Cambridgeshire, Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire.

Our Client base includes local authorities and most housing associations, along as our client on our developments.

We are currently working across 7 projects delivering 59 new homes for 4 Clients.

The successful Estimator will be tasked with preparing pricing documents for a range of projects mainly new builds residential upto 30-40 units, you will be responsible for but not be limited to preparing tender submissions; producing bills of quantities and schedules for estimating programs; attending site visits; carrying out measuring and take offs from drawings; attending pre and post contract meetings with clients and build up tender price from first principles based on plans, programme and scope of works.

In order to be considered for this role it is imperative that you have a proven track record of pricing projects of similar values and size, ideally degree qualified, and with professional qualification.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 45,000.00-85,000.00 per year
