The Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic Estimator to join our busy Estimating Team, on a fixed term basis for a duration of 12 months. We will consider a school leaver with the right aptitude and salary will be decided based on experience.

Hybrid working available (some time must be spent in office).

This role offers a great start to an ambitious person with strong attention to detail and good maths who has an aptitude to learn bespoke systems whilst contributing to the wider commercial success of the business. You will be mentored by an experienced Manager and full training will be given.

What you'll be doing:

Working as part of Standard Products Team liaising with external clients and our customer facing sales engineers, you will process enquiries creating detailed estimates.

About You - What you will bring to us:

A good standard of education, specifically Maths and English to at least GCSE level and preferably A Level. Excellent written and phone skills Proficiency using Microsoft Office products. Thoroughness, accuracy, consistency and very strong attention to detail. Ability to learn bespoke systems quickly. Ability to meet deadlines, excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivation with flexibility to cover others during periods of high activity and during holidays.
