About Us:

We are a well-established construction contractor based in Kent, with a strong reputation in residential and commercial projects. We are seeking a highly motivated Quantity Surveyor/Estimator to join our dynamic team.

The Role:

Prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender submissions

Manage budgets, oversee cost control, and administer contracts

Liaise effectively with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors

Monitor and control subcontractor payments

Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget

Contribute to business development and company growth initiatives

The Candidate:

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor/Estimator within the construction industry

Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills

Excellent attention to detail and analytical abilities

Ambitious, driven, and eager to take on leadership responsibilities

Strong communication skills and relationship-building abilities
