Estimator - Fit OutCAT A andamp; B Fit Out
Location: Wigan
Salary: xc2xa345k - xc2xa365k + PackageOur client specialises in fit-outs and refurbishments across a range of sectorsOur client, a leading interiors contractor, is seeking an experienced Estimator to join their team in Wigan. Specialising in CAT A andamp; B fit-out projects, this is an excellent opportunity to work on a range of exciting commercial projects and make a significant impact on the delivery of high-quality interiors.As an Estimator, you will be responsible for producing accurate and competitive cost estimates for CAT A andamp; B fit-out works. You will collaborate closely with clients, project managers, and subcontractors to ensure the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for CAT A andamp; B fit-out projects.
• Review tender documentation, drawings, and specifications to produce comprehensive estimates.
• Identify project risks and provide solutions to mitigate cost variations.
• Work with project teams to manage budgets and control costs throughout the lifecycle of each project.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to gather pricing information and ensure project requirements are met.
• Provide regular cost reports and updates to senior management.

About You:

• Proven experience as an Estimator, ideally within CAT A andamp; B fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and cost management.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
