Estimator

Our Estimator will be responsible for ensuring the accurate costings associated with our Fire Sprinkler Projects.

What You'll Be Doing:

Review Tender Documents and Program of Works. Assess Scopes of Works (Ranging from Small Works to Complex Major Projects). Measuring and Quantifying Sprinkler Heads, Pipework, etc. Carry Out Site Surveys as Required. Cost and Assess Values of Contracts. Send Enquiries to Supply Chain. Prepare Tender Documentation, Presentations and Submittals.

What You'll Need:

At least 2 years in an Estimator role or similar. Previous experience within the Construction Industry and with basic knowledge of MEP services. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office. Existing Knowledge of Software Such as AutoCAD/Revit would be advantageous. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills Strong numerical skills. Track record in finding solutions to problems whilst meeting deadlines.

This is an office-based role and would require the successful Estimator to attend Monday-Friday at Cleeve House, Malvern Road, Worcester, WR2 4YX.
