About Us:
At A & R Miles Ltd, we're a growing construction and renovation company working across Bath and the South West. We take pride in quality work, a strong reputation, and a supportive team culture. We're now looking for an Estimator to join us and help take things to the next level.

The Role:
You'll be pricing up projects, preparing tenders, working closely with suppliers and subs, and making sure our numbers make sense. You'll work alongside our Director and admin team and be involved in projects from early pricing through to handover.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Reviewing drawings and spec docs
- Getting prices from suppliers and subs
- Preparing estimates and sending out quotes
- Visiting sites and helping scope jobs
- Tracking costs and keeping records tidy
- Joining team catch-ups and weekly progress meetings

What We're Looking For:
- Estimating experience in construction or renovation
- Good with numbers, details, and deadlines
- Confident using Excel and estimating software
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Bonus: local knowledge of suppliers/trades

Pay: 40,000.00-50,000.00 per year
