Responsible for overall performance (utilisation, headcount, retention) and shape (bulge ratio and location-mix) of Solutions within the Offering aligned to both the Offering Portfolio Fiscal Plan and Solutions Operational Guardrails:
Managing Solutions Op Units Leads (M5) within the Offering]with overall team composition of 100+ FTE.
Driving Solutions growth in-line with Plan and Demand incl. operational management over Resourcing function and/or partners to reduce hiring lead-times.
Operating high utilised OUs embedding Solutions Resource Mgmt principles and GDN-aligned processes.
Role model and visible leader to the Solutions people within Offering.
Senior Technical Leader with robust experience in running complex technology delivery or operate engagements. Responsible for delivery and quality within an engagement or preferably across a portfolio of engagements.
Will require strong internal senior stakeholder management and communication skills as well as excellent client engagement. Will be able to inspire, motivate and develop our people.

Dual reporting lines in a matrix structure, firstly to the Offering Lead (owner of the P&L) representing Solutions and secondly to the T&T Solutions Leader/COO Solutions.
Report to, and proactively work with, the Offering Lead to deliver against the overall Offering fiscal and utilisation plan including operating the Solutions OUs within the defined scheduling and recruitment guardrails.
Act as the Solutions Offering Lead to:
+ Manage alignment on effective use of Solutions services and understand / shape short, medium and long term demand for those services.
+ Be the 'front door' into Solutions developing, executing and continuously improving how Solutions delivers effectively in the market across UK industry. Oversee and assure all Offering input into UK client projects.
+ Plan, develop and maintain Solutions Offering-specific processes and methods to drive rigour, consistency, repeatability, continuous improvement, and margin improvement on Offering input into UK client projects.
+ Contribute to sales activity, including bids, pursuits and in person presentations across UK industries where Offering plays a material part (focusing on repeatable high impact sales and delivery assets).
+ Develop and maintain the workforce strategy and associate plan for Offering Operating Units in conjunction with Solutions Operating Unit Leads.
+ Execute that workforce plan by hiring externally and clearing existing Solutions our people.
+ Lead, develop and performance manage the Offering people within Solutions, in line with the Firm's values and process.
As part of the Offering Leadership team have specific responsibility for practice management of all Solutions Operating Units within Solutions Offering, including hiring and scheduling of our people, providing Solutions people leadership and pastoral care for all in Solutions and leading on Solutions-related tech estimations and technical proofs of concept.

To be successful in this role you are required to demonstrate the following competencies:
Extensive and strong experience of leading technology design, build, test and operate programmes and projects in highly regulated UK industries that require delivery across multiple domains.
Track record of repeatable delivery management processes and procedures that provide reliable effort estimation and cost efficiencies as well as delivering high-quality outcomes for our clients.
Experience and ability to win in the market for the delivery part of the T&T business.
Track record of running a P&L (income statement) and achieving growth within that.
Track record of developing businesses and leadership teams and building succession.
Passionate about the technology business and its future direction as a key part of the T&T strategy.
Ability to galvanise a wide range of stakeholders (our people, client and senior stakeholders) with diverse views towards a common goal/clear vision.

20% Sales Support (representing Solutions through Sales Pursuit, bringing credibility to clients and co-ordinating technical input to solutioning and related solution quality assurance)
