branch, for a

Branch Manager!

This role would be suitable for someone who is dynamic, pro-active, full of energy and drive and someone who is a real person.

The Opportunity

For the right applicant this is a full time, permanent position with a competitive salary along with bonus scheme and Pension (after qualifying period)

Working hours

Working hours will be 8am - 5.30pm Monday - Friday, plus Saturdays.

Your duties

To maximise and drive sales, proposing improvements as and when you can.

Always strive for exceptional customer service, leading by example and leading your team to do the same, serving existing and new customers alike.

Managing the staff day by day.

Working closely with the Area Managers and Directors to improve sales margins.

Cashing up, answering phones and other administrative tasks associated with this position.

Daily computer use for various tasks.

Requirements

This role would be suitable for someone looking to progress in this exciting market working for a successful family-owned business.

Motor trade experience is preferred although not essential. Full driving licence is essential
