Wild are working along a growing organisation based in Milton Keynes working as an EU HR Business Partner. As an EU HR Business Partner you will be focusing on the companies UK & European entities. You will the lead on people initiatives across Europe. You will be making sure there is consistency across the systems and processes.

Responsibilities:

• Keep up to date on compliance and all statutory requirements
• Be the first point of contact for performance management questions
• Regularly support managers in exit interviews
• Keep up to date with legal requirements
• Collaborate with legal advisors as and when needed
• Support with people data
• Talent acquisition, talent development and succession planning
• Promote wellbeing
• Make sure payroll has been processed for each European entity
• Review pay bands

Experience:

• Experience within a similar role working within HR
• Working knowledge of HR practices in the UK & Europe
• Must be fluent in English language, it would be desirable if you are Bi-lingual/multi-lingual (French, German, Dutch)
• Flexible to travel
• Able to interrogate data and use it to support people decision making
• CIPD
• Experience within human resource best practice and people related coordination
