The Amazon B2B Payments & Lending team provides B2B payment and financing solutions to Amazon Business customers across Amazon. We are part of the global Amazon Payments organization, who aims to delight our customers by building payment experiences and financial services that are trusted, valued and easy to use from anywhere in any way.




Come build the future of payments with us! You will use your experience to launch and maintain products with financial institutions to deliver B2B payment experiences in the UK/EU region. This position involves regular communication with management on risks, financial performance and operational program metrics. Cross-team coordination, project management and executive presentation skills are essential. The ideal candidate will also have superior analytical abilities and a track record of finding practical, simple and creative solutions to complicated problems without sacrificing quality or core functionality.



This team thrives in ambiguity, and breaks down problems large and small into solid, defined action plans to deliver new experiences efficiently. The successful candidate has a passion for improving financial health of our customers, and will be insatiably inquisitive about our customer experience and connect that experience with elegant technical solutions to address customer-facing problems. Experimentation is at the heart of our culture, and we develop each of our programs through a deep test-and-learn roadmap. The role is inherently cross-functional; you will work closely with product, engineering, UX design and research, data science, finance, program management, legal, and marketing to manage programs that enhance the customer experience.



Key job responsibilities



Build and own a holistic plan to launch new products and features, and improve key output metrics of existing programs Manage day to day operations: monitor and report on progress with actionable insights, assess and manage risks, anticipate and resolve bottlenecks, and provide escalation management. Manage external partner relations: Manage partner performance, set objectives and success criteria, and drive towards operational excellence. Proactively create feedback loops back to the product and engineering teams to implement any changes that Amazon needs to support to improve our customer experience and metrics Drive UAT, end to end testing and Friends & Family testing with third party partners BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership Experience in program or project management Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements Experience in complex problem solving, and working in a tight schedule environment
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience leading process improvements Experience in the financial services/payments industry in Europe
