About the Role:

As a Euro Outbound Planner, you'll play a key role in managing our European outbound operations. You'll ensure efficient planning, cost-effective solutions, and high-quality service across FTL, LTL, and groupage requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan collections and deliveries, including hazardous and customs-related shipments Book vehicles and loading space, ensuring accurate documentation Monitor outbound operations using DACHSER tools (e.g., Domino, Customs Hub) Manage supplier relationships and loading schedules to meet KPIs Process cost accruals and purchase invoices Collaborate with internal teams and network branches Ensure compliance with SOPs and uphold quality standards Administer dispatch documentation (CMRs, hazardous paperwork, customs docs) Maintain supplier database to support cost-effective delivery options

What We're Looking For:

Knowledge of transport legislation (desirable) Strong geographical awareness and commercial acumen Excellent IT and problem-solving skills Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage workload efficiently High attention to detail and accuracy Resilience, flexibility, and adaptability Proven ability to multitask and work independently Experience in a fast-paced logistics environment
