Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a passionate European Marketing Executive with a strong background in asset management to join a leading asset manager based in the City. As a key contributor, you will collaborate closely with the Senior Channel Manager to execute integrated marketing strategies targeting EU wholesale distribution channels, with a specific focus on ETF and active strategies.

Your Responsibilities:

• Partner with the Senior Channel Manager to shape and execute European wholesale and institutional marketing plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including digital, PR, content, brand, and events, to ensure the seamless delivery of impactful marketing campaigns that drive client engagement and retention.
• Manage and enhance our product enablement materials, such as brochures, presentations, emails, and website content, in collaboration with Senior Channel Managers and Content teams.
• Maintain accurate records of all activities in alignment with budgeting protocols. Manage invoicing according to internal processes.
• Establish clear measurements and KPIs for EU campaigns. Analyse and report campaign outcomes, adapting strategies based on insights gained.
• Research and analyse competitor campaigns, recommending enhancements and innovative ideas.
• Collaborate with Compliance and distribution teams to ensure all communications meet regulatory and brand guidelines.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Fluency in Italian and/or Spanish.
• Experience in asset management, along with a track record of successfully planning and executing campaigns in the European market.
• Proficiency in campaign execution, showcasing innovation and commercial acumen.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to craft compelling marketing messages.
• Demonstrated project management and multitasking skills.
• Familiarity with both online and offline marketing techniques, leveraging digital tools for customer acquisition and engagement.
• Experience in monitoring marketing budgets and handling invoicing.
• Knowledge of advertising standards and relevant regulations in the asset management industry.
• Understanding of investment strategies, markets, and products, including ETFs, equities, bonds, and multi-asset management.
• Familiarity with the UK and European investment landscape, financial markets, and services.
