multilingual European Sales Manager
to drive growth across multiple markets and build lasting client relationships.
About the Role
As the European Sales Manager, you will lead our sales efforts across key European markets. You will manage new business development, nurture existing accounts, and represent the company at trade shows and client meetings across the continent. Your ability to communicate fluently in multiple languages will be crucial in building trust and closing deals.
This role is primarily office-based in Hamilton, with regular travel across Europe.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies across European territories
Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities
Manage and grow existing customer relationships
Conduct product presentations, demos, and negotiations in local languages
Attend and represent the company at European trade shows and conferences
Collaborate closely with internal teams including marketing and product development
Maintain accurate records in CRM (Zoho preferred) and report on sales performance
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
Requirements
Proven sales experience managing European markets, preferably in electronics or technical sectors
Fluent in
English
plus at least two other European language (e.g. German, French, Spanish, Italian) -- multilingual candidates preferred
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability and willingness to travel regularly across Europe
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software (Zoho preferred)
Target-driven, self-motivated, and commercially aware
Valid UK driving licence preferred
