Full - Evening and Weekend Store Supervisor

Schedule

Week 1: Sunday 8am-3pm, Monday 5:30pm-10:30pm, Thursday 5:30pm-10:30pm

Week 2: Wednesday 5:30pm-10:30pm, Saturday 5pm-10:30pm

Week 3: Sunday 3pm-10:30pm, Tuesday 5:30pm-10:30pm, Friday 5.30pm-10.30pm

About the Role

We're looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused retail assistants to join our team as an evening and weekend store supervisor. In this role, you'll be at the heart of our store operations, helping customers, ensuring the shop floor looks its best, and supporting smooth day-to-day running. What You'll Do

Customer Service

Welcome and assist customers with a friendly, positive attitude

Provide product knowledge and advice to help customers find what they need

Promote special offers, up-sell and cross-sell to enhance the shopping experience

Store Presentation

Keep the store clean, tidy, and visually appealing at all times

Ensure shelves are fully stocked and well organised

Cash Handling

Operate the till with accuracy and efficiency

Process cash and card transactions, providing correct change

Follow company policies and procedures for handling payments

Loss Prevention

Adhere to store security policies to prevent theft and minimise loss

Report any suspicious behaviour or incidents to management

Teamwork & Reliability

Arrive on time and be ready to work each shift

Manage your time effectively to stay productive throughout the day

Be prepared to work overtime to cover holidays and sickness

What we're Looking For

A friendly and approachable personality

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Reliability, with a focus on punctuality and attention to detail

Previous retail experience is a plus, but not essential--we provide training
