Everyone has heard their family say the phrase, "I'm not your taxi driver" at some point, but what does a taxi driver's job actually involve?

Taxi drivers provide an essential service bringing holidaymakers to airports, children to school, shoppers back home and helping those with mobility problems get from A to B.

So, what will I actually be doing?

The successful applicant will be self-employed and will be provided with a fully plated taxi for which all running expenses are paid by the company including fuel, insurance etc. The driver will pay a weekly rental for the vehicle at a % of the amount they take in fares.

You will need to hold a full UK driving License for at least 1 year

Ideally you will hold a Hackney Carriage/Private Hire drivers License issued by Cornwall Council, however, for the right person we can help you with this. It is a simple process and takes around 6 weeks.

Week day evening, Week Day and Night shifts, this is the perfect job to supplement your income or someone who is retired. More hours can be found for the right candidate

Salary: 8,000.00-14,000.00 per year

Salary: 10,923.00-21,970.00 per year
