Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to individuals in home care settings, ensuring they receive the highest quality of care. Responsibilities

Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. Support clients in daily activities such as meal preparation, medication management, and mobility assistance. Develop and implement individual care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals. Maintain accurate records of client progress and report any changes in health or behaviour to the appropriate personnel. Foster a supportive and positive environment for clients, promoting their emotional well-being. Engage in regular communication with clients and their families to ensure their needs are met effectively.

Skills

Proficient in English with excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members. Experience in home care setting is essential. Familiarity with developing and following care plans to meet individual client needs. Basic IT skills for maintaining records and communicating with the team. A valid driving licence is necessary. Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and their families while demonstrating empathy and patience. Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 16.00-18.00 per hour
