Summary

As a Care Assistant at Fast Falls Response LTD, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centered care to elderly clients in their homes. This position is essential to our mission of promoting the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of seniors and ensuring they receive the support they need.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, dressing, and meal preparation. Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each client's needs. Provide companionship and engage clients in social activities to promote emotional well-being. Monitor clients' health and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team. Support clients with mobility assistance and medication management as required. Maintain accurate records of client care and progress in accordance with company policies.

Requirements

Previous experience in elderly care or a related field is preferred. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and their families. Ability to develop and implement care plans based on individual client needs. Compassionate and patient demeanor with a genuine desire to help others. Basic IT skills for documentation and communication purposes. A valid driver's license may be required for travel between client homes.
