Job Summary:

We are looking for dependable and hard-working

Evening Laborers

to assist with property maintenance, repairs, cleaning, and other manual tasks during the overnight hours. This position is ideal for individuals who are reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently or as part of a small night crew.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform cleaning, trash removal, and basic upkeep of common areas and grounds Assist with furniture moving, event setup/teardown, or renovation support as needed Handle light repairs, painting, and general maintenance tasks Respond to property issues or emergencies that arise during the shift Operate basic hand tools and equipment safely Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety guidelines and report hazards promptly

Qualifications:

Previous experience in general labor, maintenance, or custodial work preferred Ability to lift up to [weight, e.g., 50 lbs] and work on your feet for extended periods Reliable transportation to and from work Willingness to work evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays as needed Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions Must be punctual, responsible, and able to work with minimal supervision
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.21-13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Work Location: In person
