To be successful in your application, you will desirably be a welsh speaker and will already have experience in either a reception, a customer service role or an administration role. You will be an impeccably presented individual who possesses excellent customer service skills with your ability to engage with our guests being one of your greatest assets. You will need to be flexible with your working hours as you will be working shifts, which will include evenings, nights, weekends and public holidays
