evening shift supervisor

You will need to have experience in

MIG welding

and

line management

.

You will be an excellent team player, able to work under pressure and you will have a "can do" attitude.

Key roles will be:

Work closely with the Production Team Leader to create a clear priority of works To manage and gather time sheets from the production team for processing for team members Ensure all production team members have everything they need to carry out the tasks Working from issued drawings and signing off work as required To hold team members to account for hitting certain output each day Responsible for ensuring health & safety standards are met in and around the factory Train staff on the correct quality standards as and when required Responsible for general appearance of the place, keeping the floor space clear of clutter and rubbish Reporting on key data for the department and ensuring its recorded Working alongside the team to help boost production in welding.
Working 13:45 to 22:00, 41.25 hour week, Monday to Friday, this is a full time position in an expanding and progressive company, situated near Bodiam in East Sussex, attracting a competitive salary. You will need a full, clean driving licence and access to a vehicle due to the location of our workshop.

The rate of pay is 17.60 - 19.25 per hour depending on experience - this includes an uplift of 18% for the evening shift rate. Salary per annum is 37,752 - 41,291 per annum
