Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special dietary requirements are accommodated Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally, maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Ensure all health and safety regulations, including food safety standards, are strictly followed Assist with food preparation and organisation in the kitchen as needed Clear tables efficiently and maintain cleanliness of the dining area throughout service Handle guest enquiries courteously, resolving any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy periods

Qualifications

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service is preferred and training will be provided for suitable candidates Knowledge of food safety regulations and basic food preparation skills are advantageous Strong organisational skills with excellent time management abilities Good communication skills and a friendly demeanour to provide outstanding guest services Basic maths skills for handling bills and payments accurately Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From 12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 25 per week
