We are now expanding our team of UK-qualified teachers who can deliver engaging and effective lessons in:
English
Maths
Science (Biology, Chemistry, Physics)
Primary School tuition, including 11 Plus and Grammar School preparation
We also welcome tutors who can:
Teach home-schooled students during the day
Deliver adult learning sessions (functional skills or GCSE resits)
Support intensive revision courses during school holidays
Overview
We are seeking dedicated, UK-trained and passionate tutors to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have classroom or tutoring experience within the UK education system, strong subject knowledge, and a genuine enthusiasm for helping students learn and succeed.
Tutors deliver small group sessions (typically 2-6 students) during weekday evenings, weekends, and occasionally daytime hours, following our structured curriculum and teaching approach.
Responsibilities
Deliver engaging lessons in your subject area to small groups or individual students.
Create a positive, supportive learning atmosphere that motivates students.
Adapt teaching strategies to meet individual learning needs.
Support students in improving confidence, knowledge, and exam readiness.
Communicate with parents and staff regarding student progress.
Prepare and deliver lesson plans aligned with the UK National Curriculum or relevant adult learning frameworks.
Promote high standards of behaviour, attendance, and achievement.
Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or PGCE obtained in the UK (essential).
Strong knowledge and experience of the UK National Curriculum.
Previous experience teaching in UK schools or tuition settings.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
A positive, patient, and professional approach.
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
Must have the right to work in the UK -- visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
