Duties:

Your duties will include those that are commonly required at Back of house of fast-moving casual restaurants like cooking, food preparation like veg. cutting and chicken cutting, keeping kitchen clean and safe, etc.

Sushi Preparation:

Expertly prepare a variety of sushi dishes, including nigiri, sashimi, and rolls, ensuring precision in cutting and presentation.

Food Preparation and Cooking

: Prepare the menu items. Precisely follow recipes and work lists. Using excellent knife skills to prep for recipe

Ingredient Management:

Manage and maintain the freshness of all ingredients, including seafood, rice, vegetables, and condiments

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with kitchen staff, ensuring effective communication and coordination to meet customer demand

Customer Interaction:

Provide a positive and engaging experience for customers, including answering questions about the menu and accommodating special requests when possible.
You may start as early as 8 am or finish as late as 11pm

: 10 - 15 hours per week

Working hours

: from 5pm ~ 6pm until 10.30pm ~ 11pm

21 and over : 12.21 plus Holday Day Pay

18-20 Year Old : 10.00 plus Holiday Day Pay
