Event & Marketing Business Executive Full-time contract based at the Land Rover Experience Solihull Venue

The successful applicant will be employed by CSRM Outsourcing Limited who are a resource management company with a long term agreement to provide resource at five Jaguar Land Rover Experience, (JLRE), centres.
The successful applicant will have to adhere and sign to JLR Policy Letter 3, Standards of Corporate Conduct.

LRE Solihull is part of the Global JLRE Venues program, incorporating Eastnor, Solihull, Liverpool and Castle Bromwich. JLRE Venues are a Global function promoting customer experiences in both the Jaguar and Land Rover brand.
As an Event & Business Executive you will be responsible for creating unrivalled guest relationships through demonstrating strong customer first focus behaviours and constant attention to detail. Delivering exceptional customer service and bespoke booking support. Coordinating with front of house Execs to ensure all customer journey aspects are accommodated, always aiming to exceed client expectations. Aligning resource requirement with revenue targets and completing project work. Reporting into the Deputy Venue Manager.

Pre Attendances for Events in line with Venue client Pre attendance process cadence.
The general working pattern alternates from Monday - Friday with occasional weekend working by request in accordance with business requirements.
Working as part of the Solihull admin team to ensure the smooth administration of all Client experiences delivered within the venue.
First contact for group and event enquiries, creating proposals in line with pricing policy and operating standards.
Responding to event enquires within 48 hrs.
Organising the design and production of Event literature in line with the House of Brand Strategy.
Co-ordinating group and event resource, taking ownership of delivery from start to finish, coordinating all aspects of event delivery.
Liaising with and coordinating all event stakeholders. Ensuring Insurance, legal, H&S considerations are adhered to and Risk Assessments are provided for all event activities - arranging CJRs where applicable.
Maintaining the accuracy of Check front bookings in line with company standards.
Maintaining the accuracy of the Diary with event bookings, amendments and cancellations.
Planning the Diary in accordance with instructor roles, qualifications and working Rota's.
Assist with resource requests from other venues/ JLRE teams
Reconciling budgets and tracking revenue along with monthly finance/metric reporting.
Supporting Venue Social Media activation with content generation.
Assist in promotion of the Venue Event portfolio, building relationships with local hotels and suppliers to offer the client value for money and a wide range of choice for activities.
Responsible for all Social Media outlets, storytelling, responding to posts, collating customer feedback for metrics reporting. Supporting the development of the Marketing plan. Maintain the communication delivery plan.
Organising the briefs for design and production of literature/brochures for the events in line with the Brand Teams. Coordinate and collate Venue promotional materials.
Hosting events during live days
Room set up and breakdown of all event requirements, according to 5 S Standards.
Ensuring the Venue Leads are adequately informed of throughout planning and delivery of events
Coordinating resource requirements and update at team briefing (Event Detail)
Main client contact on the day of the event, handling requests and adhoc requirements.
Overseeing the breakdown of the event.
Any other reasonable management requests.

Background in Event Management/hospitality/customer facing roles
Ability to work alongside functional teams and assist others as a local fact holder

Account management and financial reporting skills
Be product literate
Be numerate with an excellent grasp of Microsoft Office applications, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
This role requires the employee(s) to occasionally drive Jaguar Land Rover fleet vehicles. Therefore the following insurance rule applies:
Must be 18 years & over, hold a full driving license and have done so for the last twelve months, have not been convicted of any offence involving dangerous driving, know of no circumstances which would disqualify one from driving, nor suffering from any physical and, or, mental condition which would restrict or impair ones alertness or driving ability.
