Event Assistant

to support our sales and marketing teams in delivering standout campaigns for a wide range of clients across multiple industries.

About the Role:

As an Event Assistant, you'll play a key supporting role in the planning, coordination, and execution of live events and activations that bring brands to life. You'll work closely with account managers, creative teams, and external vendors to ensure each campaign runs smoothly and leaves a lasting impression.

What You'll Do:

Support the setup and breakdown of marketing and promotional events Assist in coordinating logistics, materials, and staffing for campaigns Collaborate with clients and internal teams to meet campaign goals Gather feedback and insights to help refine future events Maintain communication with stakeholders and provide event updates Represent brands in a professional, engaging, and approachable manner

What We're Looking For:

A people-person with strong communication and organizational skills Interest or experience in marketing, sales, or event coordination A can-do attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment Availability for occasional evening or weekend work (depending on events)
